The Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a broad-based consumption tax that is levied on nearly all the supplies of services and goods in Singapore. After a company’s Singapore Company Incorporation, it is mandated to register for GST when its annual taxable turnover exceeds $1,000,000. On the other hand, companies with an annual taxable turnover of less than S1,000,000 are not required to register for GST but may do so voluntarily.
